Weathersby Law PLLC is committed to providing professional, fair, and respectful service. If you have a concern or complaint about our services, we encourage you to bring it to our attention promptly.

Complaints may be submitted in writing via email (service@weatherbylaw.com) or through our contact form or via mail to Weatherby Law PLLC, 5606 N. Navarro, Suite 109, Victoria, Texas 77904. Please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of your concern. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and make reasonable efforts to respond in a timely manner.

While we strive to resolve all concerns internally, please note that mediation services are provided as a neutral third-party process, and outcomes are not guaranteed. If your complaint relates to professional conduct, you may also have the option to contact the appropriate licensing or regulatory authority in the State of Texas as detailed further below.

We value your feedback and use it to continually improve our services.

Notice to Clients: The State Bar of Texas investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct committed by Texas attorneys. Although not every complaint against or dispute with a lawyer involves professional misconduct, the State Bar's Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel will provide you with information about how to file a complaint.
